The Body Shop - Super Volume Mascara

So recently I was lucky enough to win a giveaway held by the lovely Lauren from Peachy Curves who's blog I honestly really enjoy reading. She held a lovely giveaway and I won some really nice products and one of them was this mascara by The Body Shop. I have tried some makeup by The Body Shop but not much. I was really excited to try this because I haven't actually tried their mascaras.
I love alternating my mascaras and I have left my Revlon one for a while to test this out. It's their super volume  mascara which also comes in two other colours as well.
Let me start off by saying that this mascara does what it promises. It adds volume. I like mascaras that add volume and definition rather then length as that's just what appeals to me more. It's very black and makes your eyelashes stand out for sure. I got on really well with this and didn't really go through the 'I hate this mascara because it's not as good as my old one' phase. Like I said it really defines your lashes as well as making them look alot fuller and thicker. I use only one coat of this but you can build it up. Loving the brush of it as well because it's a little different than the other.
Now the downside of this product is that it takes forever to dry and can clump slightly. Well not forever but a while. It's consistency is quite wet but not thin. This is why I use only one coat of it but if I do want to add more I wait for the first layer to dry completely. I haven't experienced any smudging from it but I know some people have which is a shame really.
However, it is the mascara that I have been reaching for everyday despite the wait for it to dry. I love the effect it gives my lashes and personally really like it! It's easy to take of and doesn't irritate my eyes either. Because of the consistency of this, it actually curls your lashes too which is a plus because who doesn't like that?
