The Base by Lara Bingle – Products, Prices and Launch!

As most of you would know, Lara Bingle has been working on her own beauty line, The Base by Lara Bingle comprising of signature bronzing and tanning products and now more information about the line and when it will launch has been released!

After posting numerous sneak peeks of BTS progress on the line via social media, Lara says,

I’m so excited to finally reveal The Base. So much hard work, passion and thought has gone into designing the range. My focus has been to offer the modern woman the best line of products to achieve a healthy, safe, glow; a look of vitality and well being, one that enhances their inner beauty.

All the products from The Base are Australian made and stem from Lara’s inspiration to ‘create a high quality, effective and easy-to-use collection of bronzing and tanning products.’ The launch is scheduled for November with no exact date but as Lara has just touched down in Australia, I assume it will be launched very very soon!

The Base by Lara Bingle consists of 8 products and all are priced between $12 – $39 Australian dollars which I think is great because it still makes it very affordable and accessible for all. The products in the line are:

Instant Tan Mousse: super lightweight, streak-free, long lasting, velvety mousse that delivers an ultra even all-over tan.

Gradual Tanning Lotion: triple action tanning moisturiser that builds up a gorgeous, golden glow over time. Can also be used to extend the life span of an existing tan and to hydrate skin.

Body Glow Oil: contains a unique blend of moisturising ingredients, including coconut oil and exudes a rich chocolate shimmer. It is designed to give a healthy looking, flawless coverage with a natural fragrance.

Wash-Off Bronzing Gel: gives a quick, non-committal, instant golden tan that simply washes off with water.

Shimmer Illuminator and Matte Bronzer Illuminator: multi-purpose, light reflecting products that highlight and contour the natural curves of the face and body.

“LB” cream: versatile skin care/makeup hybrid is an all-in-one moisturiser, primer, sunscreen, skin treatment, concealer and foundation. Available in “honey” and “beige”.

Self-Application Tanning Mitt: soft, spongy mitt assists with quick application, provides even streak-free coverage and controls staining on your hands.

Although I’m not a fake tan user, I am very excited for a few of the products, including the Shimmer Illuminator and Matte Bronzer Illuminator and “LB” cream which I think would be amazing beauty products for the upcoming Summer season! I very much look forward to the release and seeing the images of the actual products.
