Hi, I'm 55 and live in California.

I loved the keto challenge. I really enjoyed the food and I lost 8 pounds (3.5 kilos) during the two weeks. The meals are simple and very filling and I love how everything is laid out with the shopping list and menus for each day. As a really busy person who works two jobs this is much appreciated and the fact that you make two portions of dinner to use one for lunch the next day is a great idea. I was definitely never hungry. As a bonus eating keto gives me so much energy.

I am now a member and am following one of the menu plans. I have about 75 pounds (35 kilos) to lose and and am very motivated by the great results others have had. This is a great website with lots of resources and support.

I read and heard great things about keto and decided to give it a try. The meals were delicious and easy to cook. I really enjoyed it.

The recipes were delicious for the entire family and not too difficult to make.

I've told many friends as I found it not too difficult to maintain and my hunger cravings disappeared. I had headaches on day two but otherwise, nothing else. I did increase my water intake as advised and one day I had chicken broth. It was so yummy. The recipes were delicious for the entire family and not too difficult to make. The part that astonished me was the feeling of fullness. That's totally the key to maintaining this routine. Bonus part, the weight is coming off 10 pounds (4.5 kilos) so far and in inches as well. I do recommend this alternative meal regime, don't consider it a diet as it's not really restrictive.

The 2-week challenge went well

It introduced myself and my husband to a different way of eating that has already improved our health. My husband is 52 and has been diagnosed with pre-diabetes. His numbers have not been this consistently good in years. He also dropped just over 20 pounds (9 kilos). I am in my mid 40s with a prior back injury. I lost 15 pounds (7 kilos) and the relief was immediate.

We plan to continue the challenge to see how far we can go. The variety of delicious recipes has made a huge difference. Being able to consolidate the grocery list made all the difference.
