Living the city life couldn't get much better. Amazing views. Walking distance to anywhere I need to go. Where everything is happening, including the Tempe Arts Festival this weekend. Driving in/out of our apartments is going to be a real treat. I'll gladly take it to have the TAF right in my "front yard".
