The 100 Workout

The other day, Will (you may know him as the brains behind The Boyfriend Chronicles) asked me to create a HIIT workout for him. He’s starting a workout program he found on bodybuilding.com, and while the plan maps out routines for strength training days, his cardio days were left up for interpretation.

I was pumped for the challenge, a chance to put my NASM cpt studying skills to the test!

I asked him about the equipment he has available in the gym, how long he wanted the workout to be, what moves he liked and didn’t like – you know, all those questions that made me feel like a real live personal trainer!

Finally I came up with The 100 Workout!

His reaction when I showed him his new Wednesday workout?

“Ooch!”

I’m taking that as a good sign.

He’ll be tackling this bad boy this afternoon, so I’ll let you know how sweaty he is when gets home.
