Here’s a quick swatch of Essie Rock the Boat nail polish. My periwinkle blue phase became baby blue phase – hence this nail polish.
It is a pale baby blue with tiny flaky microshimmer – the one that Essie does well. The formula is a crelly hybrid – it was very easy to work with. The first coat was uneven, but the second coat fixed this.
