NYC based American-Australian neo-new wave duo Surf Rock is Dead knicked the bass sound from The Cure fo their new single Never Be the Same and applied tons of echo on the vocals to hammer home the Eighties vibe. It's a track form their debut EP SRID. Kevin Pariso (Chicago)and Joel Witenberg (Melbourne) will be doing five shows in NYC during the showcase extravaganza CMJ.
