Happy Friday, babes!

I hope you all have had a fantastic week and have some fun times planned for the weekend. Tomorrow is Super Saturday in the Park with loads of free workouts and healthy living vendors, including the YMCA and I’ll be hanging out at the booth so come by and say hi!

As promised, below is my glute- inspired workout for you guys. My buns are still sore from this bad boy!!
