Howdy. Hey Ya’ll. What is up. What is going on?
Okay, so let me first start off by saying that Sundays are my most favorite days of the week, if you couldn’t already tell by the name of this post.
{ I know, it’s totally Monday right now, but hey! Likewise. }
Why are Sundays my favorite days?
Sundays for me mean that I get to un-wind, think of new and upcoming project ideas, kick my feet back, and just chill out for the day. I’ve never really been much of a tv “go-er”, I really love to do what I love, which is blogging for you guys, and working on brand partnerships, and achieving an overall goal of where I want my career to be.
However, putting that in this retrospective, I feel like everyone should have at least a free Sunday to do whatever they please.
Since living in L.A for the well…past 5 years, there has been a ton of things to do every Sunday, but like I said, for me, I would prefer to much rather stay inside and do what I love, which is this.
1. I love to start my Sunday mornings off with a simple cup of homemade coffee, or even a homemade iced latte. I try to stick with soy milk, instead of coffee creamer, and regular milk, not for any reason, but for my health.
2. Then I usually like to jump on the computer, and immediately check through all of the emails that I just might of missed throughout the work week. I usually try to also go through about 50 emails.
3. After I go through about 50 emails, I will then go through my wardrobe and pick out what I am going to wear for the day. This obviously includes showering, doing my hair, and whatever else I need to get done to get ready for my day.
4. After I get dressed and fully put myself together, I will USUALLY, and no joke this is literally every Sunday for the most part, I will take a drive along the PCH, and will cruise around Malibu for yet…sometimes no reason, for a good hour. And yes, I know I said I don’t really like ‘going out’ on Sundays, but to me, this doesn’t really count as one of those! Just a drive!
5. When I get home from my PCH drive, I love getting the chance to schedule blog posts for the week, and since it is summer, I never like really making ‘hot’ food during this weather, so i’ll just quickly whip up a fresh summer salad with occasional seasonal fruit from time to time.
