Hey beauty and fitness lovers! Please share any fitness and health tips that you find effective. Also, if you have any healthy recipes please share them too! This week is a quick Sunday Share. I just want to pop in and say make sure you are taking rest days. It is so important to let your body rest, especially after a long week of workouts. Your body needs to recover (especially if you are strength training). Pushing your body too hard will reek havoc on your body and actually give you opposite results. I know you want to see progress but to see complete progress, you need to rest too. Putting too much stress and strenuous activity on your body can damage it. You can cause serious damage and will have to take long recovery periods. Therefore, please remember to schedule break days. Your body will thank you. This week, schedule at least one break day with no strenuous workouts. I take my rest day on Sunday. When do you let your body rest? What day(s) of the week do your schedule your break days? - Exercise your brain instead of your body (read, enjoy a hobby, learn a new skill)

- Watch a movie
- Go shopping
- Plan your workouts
- Stretch
- Have an at home spa day
- Talk to a friend you haven't heard from in awhile
- Cook
- Get some extra sleep
