A tip this week is to make sure you are properly stretching. Stretching your muscles after a workout is so important because it prevents injury. Stretching also feels amazing after a tough workout. Your muscles need to be stretched because they can become tense during strenuous workouts. So please this week make sure you are stretching after your workouts. You don't have to stretch for hours; just a 10 minute stretch of the muscle groups you worked is all you need. Trust me stretching feels amazing and you will totally become hooked.
