Sunday Scenes | Easter Sunday, an Accidental Picnic

Finally Scotland was enjoying sunnier weather than the south, can you believe it? No, neither could we. It all began with GOOD FRIDAY, after work when we went for a drink down at Loch Fyne and sat out in 17.5 degree sunshine. Absolute heaven. Saturday saw the temp reaching 18 degrees and ma & I attempted to climb Arthur’s Seat, more on that later. Sunday, was EASTER !!! And again, the sun was shining surprising us all, again and so we went to Blackness to roll our eggs. Firstly though, I woke up and went for a hunt around the living space to find my (pictured above) eggs. I am never not having an Easter egg hunt. For me it is just completely and utterly obligatory. I don’t think daddy was too happy though returning from church and having to go on a little hunt for his egg! He actually surprised both mother and I by giving us an egg each (well mine was actually the Ferrero Bunny!).
