Sunday Reflections – 9 July 2017

Happy Sunday!

Having a holiday on a Tuesday made for a very strange week, don’t you think? The best part about it was that we had nowhere we had to be after work this week. It was odd but wonderful and very short-lived as summer dance classes start on Monday. Yay.

We are in a bit of a holding pattern right now. Jim is trying to get his work under control. I am trying to get things ready for budget season, which my boss informed me has been pushed up three months. Connor is still looking for that elusive job, and Holly is just waiting to see her friends and start dancing again. Nothing exciting is happening, and there is not much on the calendar to keep us busy. I think this is the most we have all been together in the house in a year. Again, we know this is a very short-lived scenario. That move-in date inches ever closer.
