Hey There,
So the story of my life at the moment, is that I am always trying to jump on this healthy eating gym hype, and then falling back off, (If I can even say I have even got started). I’m eating lots of salads, and smoothies, trying to make meals from scratch, you know? The whole eating clean malarkey. Of course this time last week, I had the usual chat to myself in my head, ‘Tomorrows the day you get in the gym and eat healthy’… Erm no, I definitely did not enter a gym, and although I had smoothies for breakfast and salads for lunch, my pre work, (Not work out) snack of chocolate, definitely counteracted the spinach and berries. If you have watched ‘secret eaters’ on TV, that is me! But with my Race for Life run coming up in 3 months and the Great North in like 6, I really need to get my act together, so over the next 6 months, you will hear me talk about this a lot, as I think if I have to tell you, I may actually stick to it.
Apart from jumping on and off the diet wagon this week, I have been cracked and clunked back in to place by my Chiropractor, blogged about Bristol Fashion Week, OOTD’s, my March favourites, and floral trousers. I have drunk a lot of tea, a few glasses of wine, brought a new lipstick, painted my nails coral, and eaten too much. On top of all this talk of fashion, beauty and lifestyle, I attended Winchester Fashion Week…
Last night, myself and a friend went to the Winchester Fashion Show, and watched all the gorgeous models, parade down the walk with all the latest clothes hitting Winchester this Spring Summer. It was a lot of boutiques and expensive designers, and of course involved a couple of glasses of wine, (Pics on my Twitter & Instagram – Post to follow this week).
As per usual, my Sunday has consisted of lounging around, watching films, tweeting, chatting and chilling… Perfect.
