Summer Is On Its Way, Lets Talk Hair Removal.

By Brightowngirl @Brightowngirl
So the sun is finally shining and I am thoroughly enjoying it. However this does mean I have to start thinking about showing more flesh, which also means I need to start primping and preening and making my pins and other areas as smooth as possible.
I have to admit I do find hair removal a bit of a chore but it is a necessity and once done makes you feel a bit better about your body. (just me?)
I thought I would share with you today some different types of hair removal and let you know which ones I am a fan of.

Firstly we have the good old razor. Shaving is probably the most common use of hair removal and one I favour for my legs and arm pits. I use the Wilkinso Sword Quattro For Women Disposable Razors as they are fairly cheap and give a smooth finish with out cutting your legs to pieces.
I find shaving quick, easy and pain free. It makes your legs feel so smooth and soft, the only downside is that it doesn't last very long and I usually have to shave my legs at least twice a week to keep them trim.
If you are looking for a longer lasting hair removal then waxing might be for you. Now I have tried waxing once and vowed that I would never do it again. I am a big baby when it comes to pain and waxing is painful. (for me anyway) Yes it leaves your legs hair free for about two weeks but the trauma I went though to get that was not worth it.
My experience aside, I know a lot of people who swear by getting waxed and say that the more you have it done the less the hair grows back.
If you are looking for a more permanent fix, Laser Hair Removal is something to look into. It is a safe and virtually painless way to remove hair and halts the hair growth. It is a course of treatments where you see the best results over time.
I have never had Laser Hair Removal but its something I would consider if I could afford it. I think I would mainly have it for my bikini line as this is the most annoying/awkward area to remove hair from. (such a lovely image you all have now)
Talking of bikini lines I use Hair Removal Cream to make that area smooth. As this is a sensitive area I find hair removal cream to be the best thing to use. It removes hair effortlessly and fairly gently, no shaving rash in site. Also the effects last longer than shaving and are less painful than waxing.
Now after all that I feel like you may know me a little to well so I would like to know you preferred hair removal choice and do you find it as much of a chore as I do?
