What Street Wear says about the product :

Street Wear Color Rich presents this foundation, which will help you hide your blemishes and dark spots with utmost ease. Offering a smooth and pearl-like finish, this make-up base will make your skin look flawless and radiant.

- Perfection foundation with a moisturizing formula keeps the skin supple
- Blends easily and perfectly with the skin
- Even finish with poreless perfection
- Fragrance free formula.
- Medium-to-full coverage foundation

My experience with the productThe foundation comes in a sleek cylindrical glass bottle with a matte black screw cap. There is no stopper or dispenser of any kind - the mouth of the bottle gets messy and one has to be careful while pouring out the foundation. I wish the mouth was narrower like a nozzle or the bottle had a ump dispenser. On the upside though, you can always pour back the excess into the bottle.

The texture of the foundation is on the thinner side - its neither runny nor creamy either. It spreads beautifully onto the skin with both brush and fingers and is very easy to blend. It gives medium coverage but it feels much lighter on skin because of the consistency. The coverage is sufficient for my face - give color correction and brightens up dull areas. I only need concealer for my under eyes. You can layer it in areas that need more coverage. It gives a soft natural matte finish which I really like. The brightening part is quite subtle. It not a bad thing because the overall effect is very natural and it doesn't look like you are wearing makeup on the skin.

Even though it has soft matte finish, my T-zone begins to get oily in about 4 hours post application (with compact). To wear it for full day, you would need touch-ups with compact to keep face shine free. Even though it has a matte effect, it doesn't dry on the skin. But dry skinned girls (like me) can wear a moisturiser underneath because the texture won't settle on dry patches.

As far as longevity is concerned, it fairs decently for 6-7 hours. It doesn't look patchy around the open pores. The only issue being shiny T-zone.

One of the biggest drawbacks is the shade selection. It comes only in 2 shades - Neutral and Beige. Neutral is for medium skin tones and it works quite well on my skin. Beige is for light to medium skin tones and it too works great on my skin. Neutral has pinkish tones whereas Beige has yellowish tones. In my opinion, light skin tones should go for Beige, medium skin tones should go for either beige or neutral and duskier skin tones should go for neutral.

It photographs well with or without flash. The only thing lacking is SPf factor.

Overall, this a great product for beginners and a nice product for everyday wear for creating a quick base.
