Sponsored Review: LUS Aqua Source Cream

By Ireviewuread

"Oh my gawd, your face looks so flaky that it resembles my Prada!", that’s probably the last thing which you want to hear from anyone ever.  Thus, in order to prevent that overly exaggerated situation from happening, we have to use something I like to call moisturisers.

"But my skin is too oil for moisturisers" Nope, I ain’t buying that crap for no matter how oily your skin is, you still have to utilise these bottles of miracles to keep the unseen moisture in. With that, our problem should be, Water-based or Oil-based

Given the fact that I have a combination skin type of oily and dry, I shall be trying out The Skin Shop latest’s water-based moisturiser, LUS Aqua Source Cream.

Huge thanks to The Skin Shop for the moisturiser!

{Note: All my opinion given here are my honest opinion on the product. The fact that it’s sponsored does not change my thoughts about it}

{Note 2: The product have been tried over a period of one week for an accurate review to be written}

The Lus Aqua Source Cream was created to benefit people who hope to achieve smooth and soft complexion despite their blessed dry skin.

To use this, just apply it at the last step of your skincare routine to lock the uses of your other products and hydrate your skin at the same time.

Overall, I felt that the Lus Aqua Source Cream have a very scented and soothing fragrance to it.

Given that the bottle was designed to pump out the moisturiser, I was rather worried that the cream would be over dispensed. However, my worries were all put at ease once I started using it.

As seen from above, the first photo was the full amount from one pump, just enough for my entire face! Normally, I would use two pumps per use, one for my face one for my neck. It’s important that we moisturise our neck for that is the area that would cause us to look old first.

I was rather amazed that aside from being extremely light weighted, I find sensation of applying it to my skin similar to having a mask on my skin. It’s very cooling plus the moisturiser absorbed into your skin quite readily

I find that the LUS Aqua Source Cream is very successful in tackling the dry part of my complexion and my uncared for scaly neck. The only downside which I would say about this aqua source cream would be it causing my T-Zone to produce too much oil for my liking.

Overall, I would give it 4 IreviewUread Smiles. I liked how it successfully fight my dry skin problem however, it’s definitely not doing any favours to the oily part of my skin. I would highly recommend this to people who have dry skin to use this both daily and nightly. While for people who have combination to normal skin to use this as a night moisturiser.
