Smile and the Whole World Smiles with You!

Happiness.
It is a choice but it is also pretty contagious. You have the power to spread happiness around and yesterday I really felt I was bouncing on clouds. I was so happy I could sleep in just past 4:00 am and only had 3 miles to run. Yes, I love to run but having a short run before work is a delight! I was happy on my way to the gym. Once I checked in the staff asked how far I was running today. I happily said an easy three and headed off. When I left the gym I was smiling. I could feel myself bubbling over with happiness and guess what? A zillion people smiled back! Okay, I exaggerated a bit but everyone I passed smiled back.
Today I am not feeling as bubbly but I know I need to find that smile and put it on. What is holding me back? It is the first day of school for my daughter. Oh I hope it goes well for her! I think I have all the nervous jitters as she is just one bundle of pure joy and excitement. This reassures me since I was the bubble of happiness yesterday and got tons of smiles back. It will be a good day for her. I am confident and yes, I am smiling from ear to ear now. Writing can be so soothing as it helps me process my thoughts. Between that, running, and yoga no wonder I see the glass half full and look through rose colored glasses most of the time!
That positivity is essential in my life. It spurs me to start crazy missions and do amazing things. My new mission - RUN TO TOBY! Oh yes I am! I will be logging my miles on yet another website to track my miles that I have run for Toby and see just how long it takes me to get to him. Be patient. This is a LONG journey as I do need to cross the Pacific Ocean. That will be really cool running over water! You can't do that in real life! I am so full of joy and happiness!
What makes you happy?
Daily Gratitude: I am thankful that Toby's parents opened their hearts and are sharing their precious son with me.
Daily Affirmation: I am a happy person!
