Over the last month I've had a TON of life changes. I have made some bold decisions and I truly believe some of those decisions will change my course in life forever for the better. Along with all those large decisions, I've made a few small decisions as well. Small, until you really think about how the small things, become the big things.
Everyday, woman apply cosmetics and skincare to their skin. Here is an article I think you should read by Dr. Frank Lipman, The Safer Way to Makeup. He talks about how skin is a permeable membrane and absorbs ingredients/products quickly so the less you wear, the better. I live a 90% vegetarian lifestyle so I need to make sure I'm always getting the right nutrients. These type of supplement is only meant to help do the things I've previously stated. Only has a total of 10 ingredients which are all natural and in their purest form. I can't wait to see how it works with my skin!You are going to start seeing a major shift in the way I start using my skincare and cosmetics!
