Today PCOD has become the leading cause of infertility in women. Even though PCOD is a serious disorder. I assure you that it can be completely cured in a few simple steps. 


Modern Science although says that there is no cure known but that's when Ayurveda comes to rescue. So in this article, I am going to share with you a clear roadmap as to how you can root out this syndrome from its very cause. Are you ready for it?

The first-ever case of PCOD was detected in the year 1935 and today over 10 million women are suffering from it. In India, one out of five women is having a symptoms of PCOD. PCOD symptoms was rare in the 1940s and it is rampant in 2019. Our fast modern lifestyle is to be blamed. Even doctors agreed to it. PCOD is Serious but yes it can be cured provided that you are really serious about making a few changes in your lifestyles. Else you may spend your life depending on medicines which don't even tap the root cause. This brings us to our first point 

SAY NO TO MEDICINES:

Yes, if you are relying on contraceptives drugs, anti-diabetic drugs, or anti-intrusion drugs which are mostly given to treat the disease, then you are just wasting your time and money. These medicines only pacify the symptoms and don't even tap the root cause. trying to bring out the hormonal balance using medicines may have may side effects. So if you are really serious about treating PCOD conditions then stop depending upon medicines. So what to do? Don't worry!

The ayurvedic text clearly mentions that no matter how serious your PCOD is. 

You can bring out an ideal hormonal balance in your body by just eating the right food. Your food is your medicine. 

First thing first you need to stop consuming packed processed food for a while and switch to fresh homely food. Really if you can't take this basic step. You need to stop reading this article and believe me it's not that difficult.

Just practice the Healthy Plate Method. Next time when you sit to eat, fill half your plate with fresh vegetables (Salad), One-Forth of that plate with protein-rich food like Dal Or Paneer, and the remaining One-Forth with the complex carbohydrates Like Roti, Rice, or Millets. First, to eat vegetables (Salads) and then hop on cooked food, it's that easy. make sure to add I teaspoon of DESI COW GHEE in your meal. Even it is highly recommended to directly have 1 Teaspoon of desi cow ghee on an empty stomach directly while treating PCOD.

You should not miss training your core muscles as well as it will strengthen the pelvic region which is extremely important for the treatment of PCOD. 

Hold butterfly Pose as it is one of the best exercises when treating PCOD. Also just for five minutes of rapid exhalation can give you amazing results in no time. You can easily do all exercise within 20 mins.

QUALITY SLEEP

Do you have any excuse for quality sleep? Sleep is the key to the body of woman muscles reacts very quickly to hormonal disorder or disturbances. Irregular bedtimes, phone calls, TV before going to sleep can make the condition of your hormone worse if they are already a bit off. 

A night of peaceful sleep is also crucial for the absorption of minerals which is very important for maintaining proper hormonal balance. So make sure to sleep at the same time every day and wake up at the same time every day. 

If you are really keen on staying hormonally vibrant, the best time to sleep is between 9 P.M. and 6 A.M.

All the points till now we have discussed till now will automatically help you cut down the extra fat from your body especially from the lower body area and you know that ovaries are sitting right below it will release the much-needed overload on them allowing them to function properly.

AVOID PLASTICS

If you are a woman suffering from PCOD, you should strictly make it a point to avoid plastics containers, bottles, etc as much as possible especially if you take your lunch along make sure it is packed in the stainless steel containers and not plastic. 


This is because when plastic comes in contact with the food it leaches chemicals like Xeno explosion into it which are similar to the hormone explosion produces by the human body and it is completely messing up the hormonal balance. So invest in glass containers or stainless steel containers, it will also greatly help you if you stop using nonstick or aluminum cooking utensils and switch to clay, brass, or iron pots.

CONNECTION WITH THE MOON

Believe it or not but a woman's body has a very strong connection with the moon. The 28-day cycle of the moon and the 28 days menstrual cycle of a woman's body are largely governed by the moon. 



 Did you know that as a woman you can balance your hormone just by sitting under the moonlight? 

No, it is not any superstition in ancient India there were many hopes which were charged under the moonlight so that they can effectively bring about the right balance in the body. Suffering from PCOD I would highly recommend you to be in the presence of the moon for at least 15 minutes before going to sleep at night. The more moonlight you will absorb the better your hormone will function. 

You can even keep water in a glass bottle under the moonlight and drink in the next morning to reap the benefits of moonlight for your hormones. The result will just amaze you. Ayurveda says a disease can only take hold in a woman when her rhythms are out of sync with the moon.
