Simple Tennis Tips – Hit Through The Ball

No matter what stroke you hit in tennis, you need to complete your stroke. This is especially true when hitting ground strokes. Whether it’s a forehand or a backhand, you must complete your stroke. A simple tennis tip to help with this is to hit through the ball. Don’t stop at contact. Hit through and complete your shot.
