A little bit of a different post today, I wanted to share with you some new shoes i recently purchased from River Island. I never usually shop in here but i couldn't resist the huge shoe sale they had on for Easter. These are just faux leather ankle boots with silver studded detail on the toe cap and also show buckle straps around the back of the shoe. They have a zip on the inside of the shoe. They were in the sale Reduced from £40 to £17 which is a bargain in itself, from the second picture you can see where there is a stud missing. When it comes to quality of clothes, shoes etc. i am really picky so the missing stud bugged the hell out of me. I asked the assistant if they had any others left and unfortunately they didn't so they offered me an extra 10% off the sale price due to fault, It made the shoes non-returnable but i didn't mind because i eventually got them for £15.30. I probably wouldn't of paid the original price of £40 just for the fact they aren't real leather and the underneath soles of the shoe aren't that great, by that i mean there is no grip and the material it is made from will wear down easily. Apart from that i am extremely happy with my purchase, £15 for boots is nothing at all and i have already had so much use out of these. The shoes go with everything, I do love me a good pair of black boots.
