From my personal experience with Sienna, I'm not sure I would have taken this opportunity. Not only did I work from home but I also enjoyed being a stay at home mom. We were very lucky that Sienna was a good baby, she rarely cried, was content most of the time and happy to go with the flow of whatever I was doing. However, I know some of my friends would jump at the chance of swapping of places with their partner.. it can sometimes become too much and you just want to feel like you again rather than just Mummy. Going back to work or sharing the parental leave could help with that so I can see why some women are totally in favour of this. You never know, next time we might have a baby that screams 24/7 and I'll be begging Warren to take over!

What do you think of PSL? Would you share it or return to work yourself?
