Selkirk College Student Showcase

By T_mackinnon @tedmackinnon

Each year GIS students at Selkirk College are required to create thier own websites as a tool to help showcase and promote the various projects that they have done while studying and learning GIS. Most of the time it is only a work in progress that along with their added resume becomes an online portfolio that can often help them secure jobs and start off their careers in the GIS industry.

Here is the link to the Selkirk College blog that was sent to me showcasing some of the online portfolios for the 2012/13 Selkirk College Advanced Diploma in GIS students.  To find more information about the GIS programs at Selkirk College refer to the CanadianGIS.com GIS education programs section.
