Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race 2017 - Daily Updates - Day 33

Daily Diary
Thursday 20th July - Day 33

Hottest day yet probably around 37c but not too humid. At times a slightly cooling breeze makes the day a little easier - not really a day to be pushing "catch up". But another day to be ground out and evening time very good for running.
Yolanda has succumbed to a hard tiring day and finishes around 10pm. So we fear her quest to come within the 52 days has gone.

Harita finishes with 108 laps and slips slightly to 8 miles below the line.

Our great barber friend was absent yesterday and he went down with the "bug", but all over in 24 hours.

Nirbhasa has a friend (Karteek) just arrived and will crew him for the next week. This is great for me as it frees my time a little. But to be honest, he is very easy to crew and for most of the time sticking to a well worked out plan, using the experience of two years ago to great effect.
