Rocksbox is a monthly subscription service where three pieces of jewelry are sent to you on loan. You can keep the pieces as long as you want, and when you send that box back, Rocksbox will send you another one. It is $19 a month with free shipping and free returns. Furthermore, you get $10 each month to use towards a piece you love and there always have opportunities to earn more. They give you the chance to create a wish list, and your stylist will choose pieces from that list to send you. They have all styles from a wide variety of designers and each box is valued at $200. I cannot recommend them enough. Their shipping is fast, customer service is great, and they are just easy to work with. Plus it is a great way to have a constant flow of new pieces. Since the Holidays are right around the corner, this would make a great gift option for a friend or family member.
This particular box has all gold pieces. I used to dislike gold with a deep, burning passion, but Rocksbox has been changing my mind. All of the pieces work very well together. My stylist this month was Adrienne, and she did one heck of a job. Here is what I got:
- Jenny Bird Flagstaff Earrings in Gold/Clear. $36
- Gorjana Amanda Cuff $78
- House of Harlow 1960 Nilotic Necklace in Gold $70
The prices reflect the Rocksbox Insiders Price, so you also get the pieces for a bit cheaper. For instance the cuff is usually $98. If you decide that you like a piece from your box, all you have to do is keep it. Out of this particular box, the House of Harlow necklace is my favorite. It is delicate, but still manages to stand out. I like the touch of sparkle, too.
This is one of those things that everyone needs to try at least once. It is absolutely no hassle to cancel, and if you want to pick up, resuming your subscription is just as simple.
If you want to see my first two boxes, you can find them here and here.
