Review || Rimmel London Scandaleyes Eyeliner

Hellooo shimmers,I have been meaning to do this review for a few weeks now and I kept forgetting to take the pictures!This is the Scandaleyes Eyeliner by Rimmel London. I have been loving Rimmel London few the past few months, a lot of my everyday makeup is Rimmel London and I have the scandal eyes mascara so I thought I would give the eyeliner a go.Scandaleyes eliner a precision tip micro eyeliner so it create the perfect thin line or your can build it up in to a thicker line.I am loving the liner. It a very bold black, it doesn't look like I drew it with a crayon which a few others have done. It creates a fantastic line and is super easy to apply. It also smudges which is great if you are creating that effect not so great if you are in a rush and you smudge it! You do have to let it dry for 15 mins I would say before you can touch it without it smudging
Even though it has a fine tip the actual pen is thick enough in that it is easy to hold and it is easy to find in your handbag.I love the black and white packaging it makes you feel as though if you use the liner you will have dramatic ees because the packaging is dramtic! (is it just me that thinks like that?!)
 As you can see from the picture below you can create a very fine line, perfect for those cat wings and then you can also build it up creating a dark dramatic eye.Before I picked this eyeliner up I was using the Soap and Glory Supercat eyeliner which I also love dearly, however I forgot to put the cap on and it dried up...silly me! But this Scandaleyes creates a much finer line than Supercat.
This eyeliner is fantastic and I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend Rimmel London Soft Kohl Pencil eyeliner which is rather fantastic too!
