Review of Burt's Bee Very Volumizing Pomegranate & Soy Shampoo

Burt’s Bees is one of those brand which has managed to transcend the natural/organic niche and become a brand which can compete against mainstream brands. Testament to this is the fact that you can buy Burt’s Bees products in the likes of Boots and Debenhams instead of relying on specialist retailers.
I tend to turn to Burt’s Bees for small pamper products like their cuticle balm and tinted lip balms but I thought I would give one of their more everyday products a try. Enter the Very Volumizing Pomegranate and Soy Shampoo!

My hair is fine and thin so I am all about volumization! This shampoo smells DIVINE, so fruity and sweet. If you have ever used any of Burt’s Bees tinted lip balms or glosses then you’ll know the smell I’m talking about. This shampoo literally leaves my hair squeaky clean, yes it actually squeaks!
I use quite a lot of texturising dust in my hair which can be difficult to remove in one go but this shampoo does it no problem. I’m really pleased with this shampoo and I will definitely be making a repeat purchase.
TIP: If you struggle with fine, limp hair like I do use a shampoo which is clear rather than one which is creamy. As a rule, if you can see right through the bottle (even if the shampoo is coloured) then it’s good, if you can’t give it a miss. Creamy shampoos will weigh your hair down.
