The Missha Creamy Green Tea Latte Cleansing Foam contains Green Tea latte that is supposed to provide vitality and nutrition while cleansing oily skin and controlling excessive sebum production. The texture is supposed to be a soft and smooth lather.
The foam itself is of a shining white/light green color and has a significant, yet very pleasant, scent. Usually I am a huge fan of foam cleansers and the ones I have tried so far all had a very similar texture, but this one is a bit different. Most of all it feels more liquid than the ones I am used to, and I have to admit that I don't like it that much. I prefer the texture to be a bit firmer as it makes me feel like I can clean my face more efficiently.
Aside from the texture, which is not my most favorite there is one thing I really dislike about this product: It stings like hell when you get it into your eyes. Now you might wonder "Why is this girl constantly getting cleanser into her eyes?", because this is something I comment on in most of my cleanser reviews, but I apply the cleanser on my face and then wash it off, with closed eyes. And usually when I am done and open my eyes I am all done, but here my eyes burn and I need to rinse them with cold water a lot. I think from all the cleansers I have ever tried so far, none ever burned in my eyes as much as this one.
This is already enough for me to not recommend or repurchase this product, but I also didn't think the effect of the Missha Creamy Green Tea Latte Cleansing Foam was to thrilling. My skin was okay, I guess, but not any better than usual and apart from my usual breakouts my skin was just as oily as ever. Sadly this product was not able to talk me out of my Missha aversion. >.<*
