The first shade is a pretty light rosé shade, the second a meduim-pink shade and the last one is almost a flashy magenta. The second and last one looked a bit scary to me at first, but the gloss is not very heavily pigmented, so your lips will not turn a flashy Barbie-pink., but instead give you just a hint of color and a lot of shimmer.
Shade #1 has almost no color on its own, but a lot of light pink shimmer with a permute hue. I think this one could be used on top of a lipstick pretty well. Shade #2 and #3 have more color on their own.
The Karadium Tripe Lip Gloss is scented, but you can only really smell it up close. It is a sweet and fruity scent. You do not notice it once it is on your lips and it doesn't seem to have much of a taste. I notice it right after applying, but then it vanishes pretty fast.
When I applied the swatches on the back of the hand it was quite hard to remove again, so this gloss stays on relatively long on my lips. Of course it will also stick to things like glasses or cutlery, but this is just the nature of lip gloss. My big aversion against lip glosses comes from the fact that so many of them are very sticky, but luckily that's not the case here. I can kind of feel it on my lips, but not more than some lipsticks or lip balm. It does not leave my lips feeling dry which might be due to some nourishing ingredients like ceramide (a waxy lipid which helps preventing excessive water loss in our bodies) or theobroma grandiflorum seed butter (a seed from a tree related to cacao, which seems to be an all-around wounder that contains many essential fatty acids, is highly moisturizing and emollient, has a Hhigh water absorption, improves skin elasticity, and offers a natural sun protection), so the effect it has on my lips is similar to the one of a lip balm.
Usually I am not the biggest fan of lip gloss, but the Karadium Tripe Lip Gloss #1 was a pleasant surprise.
