They are supposed to be "soft and silky textured eyeshadows in romantic shades containing pigment and pearl powder" and are described as "light" and "creamy". Unfortunately I cannot attest to that, because it just has the weirdest texture ever, which is on one side too creamy to apply with a eyeshadow brush, but on the other hand not creamy enough to just apply it with your finger. It is almost impossible to apply it evenly, there are just areas where the shadow refuses and the finished results creases a lot. Only recently I tried an awesome cream eyeshadow by Canmake and it was very easy tow ork with. The Etude House one is a catastrophe to work with in comparison.
The shade also isn't quite as I hoped it would be. I like to use a light shimmering eyeshadow as "base" up to my eyebrows and only use darker eyeshadow in the outer corners of my eyes. Usually that works well for me for a natural makeup, but the Etude House Petit Darling Eyes Cream in Shimmer White turns out to look weirdly metaillic and way too drastic for a natural look.
