After an amazing and entertaining week of the Masters, it will be difficult to top the action this week. However, with several players from the Masters competition scheduled to play this week at Harbour Town, I think we'll be in for another fantastic week of golf. It shouldn't come as a huge surprise to see that my top picks this week are all players who were grinding it out last week, whom I fully expect will be playing hard to a win this week. Here's who I'll be watching for...
Jason Day - After an amazing performance at the Masters, including holding the lead after 36 holes, it shows that Day is on his game and ready for a Tour victory. It's only a matter of time before Day finds himself on the top of the podium, and I think it very well could be this week.
Brandt Snedeker - After taking two months off to recover from injury, Snedeker had an impressive showing last week in pursuit of the green jacket where he ended up finishing T6. Snedeker won this event in 2011, and I think he'll be gunning to win again in 2013.
Matt Kuchar - A solid performance at the Masters resulted in a T8, making it Kuchar's fourth top 10 finish this season. He's yet another who will be looking to gain momentum and keep the ball rolling... hopefully into the hole.
Graeme McDowell - Although he didn't have a great showing at the Masters, McDowell has been playing well this season including three top 10 finishes. He's a consistent player, and has competed on this course several times, including four top 25 finishes.
Luke Donald - Donald is another who competed in the Masters last week where he finished T25. Donald is very familiar with Harbour Town and has an impressive record including three top three finishes, although has yet to win; that could all change this week.
Here's a look at my completed fantasy picks:
