Don’t know what to do with all that cabbage? Make this delicious and nutritious salad in less than five minutes.
3 Cabbage leaves
1 Carrot thinly sliced
1/4 Cauliflower
1/2 Cup of olives
Cut cabbage to desired size. Cut cauliflower leaving most florets intact, add sliced carrots, add olives. Mix all the ingredients and enjoy!
Boom 6 minutes and you’ve got a nice serving of veggies.
You can add Olive Oil & and coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar for added probiotics-Antioxidants.
