Raspberry Hot Chocolate for #SundaySupper

By Veronica46

Happy Birthday Sunday Supper! It all began a year ago and what started as one day a week became a way of life.

Isn’t that how it always happens? Sunday Suppers has inspired me and hopefully you to spend more time around the table with family and friends. Once everyone realized how much they enjoyed it, we decided to continue. We wanted to spend more time, conversing and connecting, so that is what we did.

There are so many talented bloggers who forged their way into making Sunday Suppers what it is today.

Isabel  Foodie from  Family Foodie  started this movement and it snowballed into what it is today.

So many of us want to get back to communing at the family table. This is were we get the inspiration and recipes that inspire us to do so.

I am very excited to kick of this weeks Sunday Supper because not only are we celebrating a birthday, but we are choosing a favorite dish from a contributor that has inspired us in the last year.

For me it was very hard to decide. There was over 52 weeks of wonderful recipes to choose from. There are so many wonderful blogs and recipes to choose from. It is almost like asking you which child is your favorite. I don’t really have a favorite, but, I decided to make  Raspberry Hot Chocolate.  I got the recipe from Mommas Meals. I loved the idea of the combination of raspberry and chocolate and had to give this one a try.

Like me, Tammi over at Mommas Meals is also a Sunday Supper contributor, an awesome cook and a wonderful mom.

Although I was not a original Sunday Supper blogger, I feel as if I have been there from the beginning. I have felt so welcome from the start from everyone.
