I have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Teerthanker Mahaveer University Moradabad (U.P) with 2.9 years of work experience in Manufacturing Dept. in the field of Rubber & Rubber to Metal Bonded Technology. Expertise handling machine like (Injection Molding-Desma, sanyu, Jingday. Compression & Transfer Moulding-Tungyu, Flowmech).
I am a part of CFT Team for Problem Solving in Bridgestone India automotive products pvt Ltd.
WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 Years.
Working with Bridgestone India automotive product pvt. Ltd as a DET in Quality Dept. Since 15th Sept. 2015~25th Dec. 2017. Bridgestone India Automotive Products is a 100% subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, Japan with its head office in Chennai. It has the state of art plants, manufacturing Anti-Vibration products at Oragadam (Chennai) and Manesar (Delhi) .The Plants at Chennai & Manesar hold ISO/TS16949:2009 quality certificate awarded by SGS. These plants have also been awarded ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System certificate by TUV SUD SOUTH ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED as well as OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate by TUV SUD SOUTH ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The company has got a turnover of 150 corers per annual.

Daily Rejection analysis (Red Bin Meeting) On the shop floor with concern department.
Handling the quality Problems & take countermeasure to resolve it.
Customer complaint handing in absence of primary person and interaction with customer by effective communication.
Focusing on Customer satisfaction by reducing % of wastage.
