Worked in the Directorate of Planning, Development and Human Resource Development Department (P, D and HRD), in the project entitled “Establishment of COMSATS University Islamabad Permanent Campus at Dhamtore, Abbottabad” funded by Federal Government (Planning Commission) at a cost of $80 Million. As per Project Charter (PC-1), this project consists of three sections i.e. Construction of building (150,000 Sqft), Procurement of Lab Equipment and Procurement of Furniture for the constructed building. Helped the project teams, managed resources, information, assisted with scheduling, planned meetings, and project activities.
• Maintaining, Monitoring Project Plans and Reports: Prepared the Project Management Plan for each knowledge areas after thoroughly discussing with the superiors, and monitoring the project plan through the project for its smooth delivery, and in a cost-effective way. Prepared project monitoring reports, and onward submission to the Planning Commission of Pakistan, and updated project expenses record on Project Management and Evaluation System (PMES).
