Hi everyone,
Natural, glowing skin has to be one of my favorite makeup looks as I just love how fresh and awake it allows the skin to look! As I have a normal – dry skin type, my skin does naturally lack some ”shine” which can add dimension to the face so I have to rely on makeup products to do the work for me!
Below are some of my new favorite picks as well as others I’ve loved for quite a while now!
Max Factor Skin Luminizer Foundation – I was introduced to this foundation mid last year and it’s now my go to for days and events where I want great coverage that still maintains a natural appearance and a foundation that leaves my skin looking awake and flawless with a lit within glow.
YSL Touche Eclat Radiant Touch – This was a product I’d heard rave reviews about so I was so excited to try it after winning it. I prefer to use it as a highlighter for the under eye area, bridge of the nose and cupid’s bow as opposed to a concealer. It does wonders to brighten and give radiance to the face, leaving you looking more awake!
Hourglass Ambient Powder Wardrobe – I absolutely love this palette! It plays so many roles beautifully – highlighter, setting powder, bronzer, illuminating powder, etc. The quality of the powders is amazing and it helps achieve a gorgeous radiant, illuminated finish to the skin. I highly recommend you take a look into investing in this palette.
boe PROFESSIONAL Pro Finish Radiant Face Illuminator* – The affordable price and versatility of this product is great as you can mix a bit in with your foundation to create a soft, glowing finish all over or you can use it as a highlighter, applying it to the high points of your face.
LUMA by Jess Hart Illuminating Highlighter* – As a cream, it gives a beautiful dewy, glow to the skin. You can really sheer it out for a very subtle hint of illumination or you can build it up and create a showstopping, dewy glow that’s perfect for evenings out.
