I am obsessed with yogurt bowls. Specifically, greek yogurt because it is packed with protein. So I thought, why not add even more protein? When Premier Protein sent me their shakes to try, I knew I wanted to mix them into yogurt. Greek yogurt is so thick that, when mixed with the shakes, the result is a perfect creamy texture. The shakes have a whopping 30 grams of protein, only 1 gram of sugar, and minimal fat, coming in at 160 calories. In addition, they are packed with 24 vitamins and minerals, as well as full of calcium.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle Vanilla Premier Protein Shake
- 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Berries
- 1 tablespoon Shredded Coconut
Directions
Step 1
Mix yogurt and half of the protein shake (enjoy the other half on its own!)
Step 2
Top with berries and coconut
