1. Served in Pakistan Navy for more than 35 years, during the service, served on various ships, carried out Command, Staff, Instructional and Project Management Duties. Underwent professional, HRM and development courses in Pakistan Navy, Govt of Pakistan and abroad. Served as Commander Dockyard & Naval Harbour Master and conducted Naval Harbour dredging operations and was the Engineer for dredging project.
2. While at NHQ was assigned the duties of Director Civilian Personnel, responsibilities included recruitment, training, promotion, welfare, gratuity fund management, awards/ honourarias, additional charge/duties statements, welfare of families, children welfare/scholarships, retirements, death cases, welfare of widows/retirees etc. for more than 25,000 civil work force of PN in the field formations.
3. Worked in Gwadar Port Authority as Director General (Operations) and formed team to take over completion of Gwadar Port Complex from Chinese Construction Team (CHEC). Monitored Concession Agreement of PSA (Gwadar) on behalf of Govt of Pakistan.
4. Undersigned was also a member of the National Port Master Plan Study Committee, Five Year Peoples Programme for Ports & Shipping, Pakistan Railways and Road Infrastructure, traveled all over Balochistan and rest of the country by raod. During which carried out complete reconnaissance/survey of road infrastructure for connectivity of Gwadar Port with hinterland by road i-e Gwadar-Turbat-Hoshab-Panjgur-Naag-Bisema-Sorab-Khusdar-Ratodero.
5. After retirement from Pakistan Navy, worked as Consultant/Director Field Operations (DFO) under the Technical Assistance Programme of World Bank (SSNT) and Government of Pakistan in Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). Conducted and supervised Nationwide Poverty Scorecard Survey (NPSS), all across the country. The performance of duties included Training, Operations Planning, Logistics, Monitoring of Training at all levels, Coordination, Inspection of Field Work & Performance, Monitoring & Evaluation at Field Level Operations, etc. Conducting and implemented alternate payment mechanism (Smart Card, Mob Phone Banking and Benazir Debit Card) all across the country. Has the experience of communicating, controlling and coordinating more than 537 BISP offices online all across the country.
6. Undersigned has experience of more than 38 years of service in Pakistan Navy, NAB, Gwadar Port Authority, Benazir Income Support Programme. Had also been associated with Inland Water Transport in Punjab.

c. Generated with the help of MIS various reports of:
(i). Coverage of NPSS and progress made by each partner organization, etc
(ii). Optimized the work being carried out by the BISP Tehsil offices in the form of work out put reports.
(iii). Complaints handling, management and resolution reports (manual system), Banks were advised for a model to shift to biometric system, etc for beneficiary positive identification and activation of BDC’s.
(iv). Worked in coordination with BISP MIS-SA, Banks and NADRA for smooth implementation of the technical plans prepared by Payment section.
d. Took part in flood and disaster relief operations on behalf of BISP.
