In a nutshell about me:
in 2015 I had been enrolled in Stamford University in the MBA program in the hospitality industry. during my education at the university, I had been given an opportunity to do an internship at OTA TRAVELIKO. within 3 months of working at the company, I had received a full-time employment job as a marketing analyst.
Traveliko is an online travel agency which works with hospitality and mediates between hotels and customers.
My responsibilities at the company were working with information on the back end of the system and making sure the information is set up properly for customers to understand clearly, I also did POI, data mining, mail chimp campaign, and PR. After working at the company for 1 year I was offered another job opportunity to work for Siam Villa Suites Suvarnabhumi hotel.
After finding my passion for hospitality through working for Traveliko and then had been offered the opportunity to work at Siam Villa Suites Suvarnabhumi hotel as a marketing officer, I was extremely excited to accept the position.
When starting the new job, I was thrown into the deep end and quickly realized that this hotel has an internal and external dilemma. I then decided to come up with a marketing plan that could help the growth of the company. therefore I built up my own project plan where I prioritized all the steps which I needed to follow. I submitted my project to the head of the department and thereafter adjustments had been made after using my project plan. I’ve been happy to be informed by them using my project plan as after that I was able to better my skills. while I was working there I also learned how to use the PMS system. Through all my work experiences I have been able to take constructive criticism as a complete positive rather than take it personally, as I believe there is always room for improvement to round things off being able to speak in multiple languages and that has really benefited me in many aspects of business as well as in the hospitality industry. being able to speak in a different language has helped tremendously with guest services.
In 2018, I became a Guest Service Agent Intern at Le Meridien, Phuket Beach Resort. De facto, I have been successfully utilizing Opera PMS system and despite the system, I've been involved in the upselling process of our suites and yacht services. Which afterward helps to generate a decent amount of revenue for our hotel.
I worked as a Team Pool Leader at JW Marriott Phuket Resort and Spa and I operated all outlets which are at the pool area regarding bring high satisfaction to our guests and assisting to increase positive guest voice in return. All my team members around 35 people worked hard and performed high KPI. In April 2019 I been awarded with Certificate of Recognition.
Currently, I've been working at City Palace hotel in Tashkent, Uzbekistan as Restaurant& Banquet manager
