I love making baked fries – and these don’t dissapoint! There are a few tricks though to making great baked oven fries.
Basically what I did was cut 4 russet potatoes (with the skin on) into wedges.
Place all the sliced potatoes in a bowl of ice cold water. Let soak for 30 minutes.
Drain and place on paper towels to dry completely.
Next I added the dried off potatoes to a bowl, added 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper and 1 tsp. paprika.
Transfer to a cookie sheet lined with foil (for easy clean-up)
Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I didn’t even flip these during baking, just leave them alone and they will be browned on both sides because of the high heat.

I just found a new website to me called www.keyingredient.com. You can search for recipes or if you are a food blogger, you can add your own recipe too! I love finding new sites like that.
