Penn State : Who Dominated The State? PSU Did!

By Kipper @pghsportsforum
Another National Signing Day is done and once again Penn State proved that they are the cream of the crop of Pennsylvania football programs.
It's not just about how many stars the recruits are, it is also about where they are ranked in the state. Penn State recruited 3 of the top 10 players in the state along with the #1 in Miles Sanders.
Meanwhile in Oakland, Pitt fans starting to believe they are close to the same recruiting level as Penn State, landed just 1 Top 10 player in the state (and zero Top 100 Nationally). It wasn't anywhere near as strong of a recruiting class as Dave Wannstedt used to produce at Pitt. Compare Pitt's low ranking of #30 to Dave Wannstedt's 2007 class that Scout had ranked 9th (which landed Top 10 National - LeSean McCoy). Wannstedt accomplished that after successive non-winning seasons. Narduzzi didn't come close to holding Wannstedt's jock with state and national recruiting after a winning season.
There's clearly one winner here and #WeAre Penn State
We had two top 10 in PA. Penn St had a better class but HARDLY dominated the state. I'm in school now but I'll go more in depth later if I can. Rivals and 247 have Miles Sanders as a 4 star recruit.
