Pastel Polish #2

The second installment in my little pastel nail polish series comes from Models Own which have always been my favorite nail polish brand.  I love Models Own for their great selection of shades and long staying power and their pastel polishes are certainly no exception. Here are my pastel picks from the collection which I can see getting a lot of wear this summer.
L-R: Lemon Meringue, Peach Sherbet, Pastel Pink, Beth's Blue, and Bloo Bloo.
Lemon Meringue: A gorgeous and creamy lemon which I think is the perfect yellow for this season as it is just bright enough without being a sickly and in your face yellow. I also love this color against my pale skin tone as it really seems to brighten up my skin without screaming "look at my super pale hands!".
Peach Sherbet: An orange toned peach which I wore to death last summer. I have a few peaches in my collection but this polish most resembles a pastel orange which I didn't already have, so of course I couldn't say no.
Pastel Pink: This color is probably as close as I'll come to a true Barbie pink and I love that it is still a subtle enough pastel without being a sickly bright pink. Out of all of my MO polishes I have found this one to be the hardest to work with in terms of air bubbles after application but the color is more than worth it so I'd recommend light coats to minimise this.
Beth's Blue: This nail polish is one of my favourites right now as it is such an unusual shade of blue. It is a true sky blue color with lilac undertones and is very eye-catching on the nails. Out of the 5 this was the one I knew I had to have straight on my nails after using the nail wheel.
Bloo Bloo: A true to form baby blue color which is similar to Barry M's Blue Moon although I find this polish to be brighter and a much easier consistency to work with as it is thicker and opaque a lot easier than Blue Moon. This shade also features a subtle blue iridescent shimmer which is very visible in the bottle but hardly noticeable on the nails.
