Oriflame Happy Skin Hydrating Hand Cream Review

How many of you love using hand creams, raise your hands!! My hand would be raised first among all as I just love using hand creams though I’ve not tried many brands when it comes to hand creams but I’m pretty much satisfied with whatever I have tried. So today I would be reviewing my first hand cream on the blog- Oriflame Happy Skin Hydrating Hand Cream.

Ingredients:

Aqua, Glycerin, Cocos Nucifera Oil, Alcohol Denat, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Glyceryl Stearate SE, Parfum, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Ceteareth-20, Carbomer, Stearic Acid, Propylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Linalool, Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil, Limonene, Citronellol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone.

My Experience with Oriflame Happy Skin Hydrating Hand Cream:

This hand cream comes in a white tube with blue graphics and a white flip top cap. It is travel friendly and easy to carry as I carried it everywhere on my mini vacation where it came as a rescue for my dry hands in this cold weather. I love using this cream every time I wash my hands or whenever I feel my hands need some moisture and it moisturizes my hands pretty good though it’s not super moisturizing but does its job well.

The texture of this cream is very light and it is water based so it absorbs pretty well without leaving any greasy feeling behind. It has a very mild faint smell which vanishes as soon as the cream gets absorbed into hands.

This cream is really good in moisturizing hands but it does not help with dry patches or healing extra dry hands, it just moisturizes hands without leaving any greasy feeling and the claim of 24 hour moisturization is not at all true as I feel the need to apply this cream again after every few hours which I don’t mind but the claim is not true.

Pros of Oriflame Happy Skin Hydrating Hand Cream:

  • Inexpensive.
  • Travel friendly packaging.
  • Moisturizes hands pretty good.
  • Does not feel greasy at all.
  • Gets easily absorbed into hands.
  • Has a mild pleasant smell.
  • A little of this goes a long way, it lasts really long.

Cons of Oriflame Happy Skin Hydrating Hand Cream:

  • Not easily available.
  • Not hydrating enough for extra dry hands.
  • Contains parabens.
  • The claim of 24 hour moisturization is not true.

BML Rating: 3.5/5

Final Verdict:

Overall, I love this cream, it moisturizes my hands really good and keeps them soft for a good amount of time and I don’t mind reapplying it as long as it is easy to carry with me everywhere.
