NYX Cosmetics is really, really moderately priced so this was under $6. It's water resistant and lasts for hours. I've tested it on my arm before and it really stays put. I have something similar from Sephora that I got over the holidays this year but this is heavier. This is a single layer application...

This comes in so many pretty shades, it's worth it to get at least the ones you'll use the most. They have some bright colors too which are just gorgeous! As usual, I want all of them! Lol!
