For today's Monday Blues mani, I used New York Color (NYC) Teal Til the End, a teal shimmer, and Pipe Dream Polish's Life Divine, a medium blue crelly with a mix of blue, green and white glitters. I stamped an image from the QA73 plate on my ring finger.
