NRC: National Register of Citizens

NRC का full form National Register of Citizens है। हिंदी में एनआरसी का फुल फॉर्म राष्ट्रीय नागरिक रजिस्टर है। यह एक रजिस्टर है जिसमें सभी वास्तविक भारतीय नागरिकों के नाम है। वर्तमान में, केवल असम में ही ऐसा रजिस्टर है। इसे अन्य राज्यों में भी बढ़ाया जा सकता है। नागालैंड पहले से ही एक समान डेटाबेस बना रहा है जिसे रजिस्टर ऑफ इंडिजिनस इनहेबिटेंट्स के रूप में जाना जाता है। केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने 20 नवंबर 2019 को संसद में ऐलान किया कि पूरे देश में राष्ट्रीय नागरिक रजिस्टर (NRC) लागू की जाएगी, जिसमें नागरिकों के जनसांख्यिकीय और बायोमेट्रिक विवरण होंगे। राज्यसभा में शाह ने कहा कि NRC में धर्म के आधार पर लोगों को बाहर करने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है।

असम में NRC क्या है?

असम में NRC मूल रूप से राज्य में रहने वाले भारतीय नागरिकों की एक सूची है। नागरिकों का रजिस्टर बांग्लादेश की सीमाओं वाले राज्य में विदेशी नागरिकों की पहचान करने के लिए निर्धारित करता है। NRC में उन भारतीय नागरिकों के नाम हैं जो असम में रहते हैं। इसे भारत की जनगणना 1951 के बाद 1951 में तैयार किया गया था। इसे जनगणना के दौरान वर्णित सभी व्यक्तियों के विवरणों के आधार पर तैयार किया गया था। जो लोग असम में बांग्लादेश बनने के पहले (25 मार्च 1971 के पहले) आए है, केवल उन्हें ही भारत का नागरिक माना जाएगा। असम भारत का पहला ऐसा राज्य है जिसके पास राष्ट्रीय नागरिक पंजी है।

NRC: Nutrition Rehabilitation Center

NRC का full form Nutrition Rehabilitation Center है। हिंदी में एनआरसी का फुल फॉर्म पोषण पुनर्वास केंद्र होता है। NRC एक स्वास्थ्य सुविधा है जिसमें SAM ( Severe Acute Malnutrition – हिंदी में गंभीर तीव्र कुपोषण) वाले बच्चों को भर्ती किया जाता है और उनका प्रबंधन किया जाता है। एकीकृत बाल विकास सेवा (ICDS) के साथ एक स्थिर संबंध MUAC (Mid-Upper Arm Circumference) टेप का उपयोग करके समुदाय में गंभीर कुपोषित बच्चों की पहचान करता है और संदर्भित करता है। एनआरसी की स्थापना जिला अस्पताल परिसर और सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में 10 या 20 की एनआरसी वार्ड, एक रसोई और संलग्न शौचालयों के साथ की जाती है।
