New York Water, asparagus and New Breads

New York is famous for its water quality, especially being that precisely good water is what one does not expect in such a city.

Some strong changes and improvements in my bread baking are currently taking place. To get you in the mood of what is to come, here is a seasonal bread I just baked and enjoyed in China Town.
