I start off with using the Jurlique Lavender Shower Gel* (£16 - Jurlique) to give my body a good cleanse. It contains Horsetail and birch to help hydrate the skin as well as sooth it and maintain balance. It also has aloe vera, chamomile, lavender, macadamia and jojoba oils which soften and calm the skin.
It has a very slight scent of lavender but it is not strong at all. It is a gel consistency that doesn't leave your skin feeling dry.
I then follow this up with the Dr Renaud Peach Exfoliating Body Cream* (£24.95 - Dr Renaud) which is a creamy exfoliator than leaves the skin super soft. It has the most gorgeous scent of peach which I love and isn't an exfoliator that is too rough. It has Peach kernel oil, Lavender essential oil, Ylang-Ylang essential oil, Sage essential oil, Orange essential oil, Pink Pepper which help give it, its lovely scent as well as keeping the skin super soft.
When I am feeling super lazy I then finish off with the Nivea In Shower Body Moisturiser. (£3.56 - Boots) I wasn't sure if this would live up to the hype but I was pleasantly surprised. It is a liquid but creamy texture that you apply to wet skin and once massaged in you rinse off. This leaves your skin feeling really smooth and soft and there is no need to add any extra moisture. (My knees and elbows tend to need a bit more)
