The Promenade at Weston-Super-Mare looking toward Royal Sands
There is a possibility of staging a UK Ultra Festival 2014 at Weston Super Mare on the South West coast of England. The course would be a 500 m out and back loop on the Promenade at Royal Sands, where Weston AC hold their Prom Series. The idea has support from the Town Council.
The event would probably consist of:
- 6 days – £400
- 72 hours – £225.
- 48 hours – £150
- 12 hours
- 100 miles
- 100 km
- 50 miles
- 50 km
- marathon
The chip-timed event would start September 7th 2014.
